Coming from vines implanted in well-drained clay-limestone soils, this ruby colored wine, aromas dominating the small berries of the forest, with some notes of fresh vegetable revealing its Atlantic origin, is a very gastronomic wine. The mouth is balanced and voluminous with acidity present, tannins present and well matured, the finish reveals a harmonious freshness and roundness to give an excellent volume.
Deep ruby color aroma of red fruits and spices with a slight touch of mint. The mouth is structured and unctuous with quality smooth tannins, ending up in a balanced and harmonious after taste.
Goes very well with oven roasts and soft cheeses.
