This wine represents the potential of the modern Lisbon region, and all its excellent wines that have delighted the consumers in the last decade.
Natural of Cadaval, Ventura descends of a family with several generations in viticulture. He holds a degree in Agronomic Industries at E.S.A.S-IPS and a degree in Agronomy at the University of Évora. He completed a specialization in viticulture and oenology in 1983 at the Institute of Viticulture and Horticulture of Geisenheim (Germany).
In 1994 obtained at Charles Sturt University (NSW-Australia) the degree in Applied Science (Winemaking). In 1995 he attended and successfully completed a graduate degree in Enology at the Higher School of Biotechnology (Catholic University).
Since 2000 through the Provintage company (winemaking consulting Company) he is an oenology consultant for various producers and wineries in the Lisbon, Tejo and Alentejo regions, and is responsible for exporting a few million bottles of Portuguese wine to the four corners of the world.
