Coming from vineyards implanted in well-drained clay-limestone soils, this wine presents ruby color, aromas with a slight floral, some balsamic notes and intense freshness revealing the Atlantic character. The mouth has excellent freshness, balanced acidity, voluminous and well-matured tannins. The Final is balanced with roundness and excellent volume.
Violet ruby color, aroma of wild berries and spices, with a slight touch of chocolate. The mouth is structured and unctuous, with silky quality tannins, ending up in a velvety smooth after taste.
Goes well with roasted lamb, other spiced meat and soft cheeses.
Keep in dry and fresh place, horizontally, away from direct sunlight.
Castelão, Tinta Roriz and Alicante Bouschet. Manual vintage during 4th. week of September, total stripping after reception and selective pick, fermentation in low capacity stainless steel vats, at a temperature of 26ºc. The wine was submitted to a 4 months aging in French oak barrels.
